All our apparel is made to order, crafted with care, allowing us to reduce waste and deliver pieces created just for you. This policy outlines our shipping rates, delivery times, and procedures to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

1. Free Shipping Thresholds

We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over:

  • United Kingdom: £45.00
  • United States: $60.00
  • Europe: €55.00

Orders below these amounts, or for other locations, will incur a flat-rate shipping fee calculated at checkout:

  • UK: £3.28
  • USA: $4.49
  • Europe: €5.00
  • Rest of the World: $11.99 (approx. £9.50 / €11.20)

2. Order Processing & Delivery Timeline

Your delivery time includes Handling Time (creating your item) and Transit Time (shipping to your door).

  • Order Cut-off: 2:00 PM GMT, Monday–Friday. Orders after this time begin processing the next business day.
  • Handling Time: 2–5 business days
  • Transit Time:
    • UK: 2–5 business days
    • USA: 3–7 business days
    • Europe: 5–20 business daysRest of the World: 7–25 business days

  • 3. Tracking & Delivery
  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
  • We use trusted global carriers, including Royal Mail, DPD, USPS, and FedEx, to ensure your package arrives safely and on time.
  • 4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
  • UK & USA: No customs fees for domestic orders
  • International Orders: Any VAT, customs, or import duties are the customer’s responsibility, as determined by local authorities.
  • For UK and EU customers, VAT is included in your checkout price where applicable.

5. Damaged or Lost Items

If your item arrives damaged, or your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date so we can arrange a replacement.
