Refund policy

All Apparelhue products are made to order. Each item is individually printed and fulfilled upon purchase, which means we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference. Please review our size guide carefully before ordering.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, you are entitled to a free replacement or full refund. To request this, email us at hello@apparelhue.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

EU & UK Statutory Rights Customers in the EU and UK have statutory rights under consumer protection law. EU customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery for non-customised goods. As our products are made to order (personalised/custom goods), the right of withdrawal does not apply under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive. UK customers are subject to equivalent provisions under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Refund Processing Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you haven't received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Made-to-order or custom-printed items (change of mind)
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
  • Incorrect size selections (please use our size guide)
