How long does it take to receive my order?
All Apparelhue items are made to order to reduce waste and support mindful fashion practices. Production typically takes 3-7 business days, followed by shipping time based on your location (UK: 2-4 days, US: 5-10 days, International: 7-14 days). You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.

Why are items made to order?
We produce each piece on demand to minimise waste and environmental impact. This approach allows us to maintain quality control while supporting sustainable fashion practices. It also means your item is freshly made just for you.

Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.

Product Quality & Care

What materials do you use?
We use premium, carefully selected fabrics that are soft, durable, and designed to maintain their shape and colour. Our hoodies feature high-quality cotton blends with reinforced stitching for long-lasting wear.

How should I care for my Apparelhue items?
For best results, machine wash cold with similar colours, tumble dry on low heat or hang to dry, and avoid bleach. Our garments are designed to maintain their quality wash after wash when cared for properly.

Do your colours fade?
Our premium fabrics and printing processes are designed to retain vibrant colours. Following the care instructions will help maintain the colour and quality of your garment for years to come.

Sizing & Fit

How do I choose the right size?
Please refer to our detailed size guide on each product page. Our hoodies are designed for a comfortable, relaxed fit. If you're between sizes or prefer a looser fit, we recommend sizing up.

What if the size doesn't fit?

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Since our items are made to order, we cannot accept returns on personalized or custom pieces unless there's a manufacturing defect.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?
Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and, where applicable, arrange an exchange.

Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
